In much anticipation for this new version of PakLog
we are pleased to say it is finally here.
All V3.5 features included plus:
Multiple Recipient Per Mailbox
Allows multiple recipients to be defined per mailbox.
Active Status for Mailbox and Recipient
Allows for a recipient to be deactivated from a mailbox or a full mailbox to be deactivated. This maintains history of box holders.
Multiple Emails and SMS per Recipient
Mailbox recipients can now have multiple emails and SMS numbers defined for package notification and other communication.
Announcement Email utility
Able to send a announcement or marketing emails to all recipients within PakLog database.
Email notification and Reminder emails
Notify Recipient of package via email. Schedule reminder emails to go be sent automatically based on date range.
Graphical Package Status
Visually tell which packages are received, delivered and returned. Also visually indicators are used to notify users of packages outstanding for in active mailbox and recipients.
