Does PakLog V4.0 work on any Microsft Windows OS?
Yes, PakLog V4.0 is compatiable to Windows XP or higher version.

What is SigLCD? 
This is a new signature capture tablet that is designed for easier use.  Further it has an LCD display to show the signer during signing their signature. 

I have PakLog Standard how do I get the SigLCD?
Purchase the SigLCD tablet. PakLog V4.0 already has the support for the SigLCD tablet. Although it does require a uninstall of the old tablet and reinstall of the new. Back up your database before you perform any upgrades

Do I need the SigLCD Tablet?
No PakLog does not require a Digital Sinature Pad. It only allows you to capture clients signature upon delivery of the package.

What Windows version does this run on?
PakLog will work with Microsoft Windows Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7.

Do I Need a Bar Code Scanner?
No, it just helps reduce errors during entery of tracking numbers and speeds up package entry.
